Manual SATINING machine METAGRIND MS-01
METAGRIND® MS-01 is designed primarily for satin finishing and surface grinding of stainless steel parts. Designed and manufactured in Slovakia by METAKOV s.r.o.®, in accordance with European standards and emphasis on quality.
The hand-guided satin-finishing machine in a gantry design – supplied without a table – thus allows integration directly into the customer’s existing positioning and fixing solution, without the need to adapt existing working conditions to the machine. Designed specifically for satin finishing and grinding of stainless steel surfaces (not suitable for processing aluminium parts). Robust design and precision workmanship guarantee stability and functionality.
Linear guides facilitate control and adjustability in all X, Y and Z axes. The Y axis is equipped with an air brake. Adjustable basic working height and fine height adjustment for downforce. Efficient machining of surfaces is ensured by tools with an oversize diameter of 150 mm and a length of 150 mm. The motor speed, continuously adjustable by a frequency converter, allows complete control over the intensity of the machining.
